Night Owl

Night Owl. The name of this teal nail polish I chose. A) It spoke to me on a color level and B) On a mental, spiritual emotional level. I’m such a night owl most of the time. I find that my creativity, my verve is sparked later in the day.

Another reason for the photo is that it occurred to me that I haven’t posted many (any?) photos of my feet over the years of FebPhotofest. That’s a travesty, really. Getting a pedicure is an important self-care activity for me every month or two (if I really have to stretch it). It was tough getting this one because it’s been so cold in Los Angeles this February! Walking around in sandals was not ideal. It even started to rain within moments of me returning to my car after the appointment. Unbelievable.
