Review: LELO Gigi 2
My Struggle
This was my first experience with a LELO toy. I have been wanting to get my hands on one for a few years now. I’m so grateful to the sex toy reviewer powers-that-be for giving me this opportunity.
On cloud 9! Just got my very first Lelo! HUGE THANKS to @RisaGV @Coyoted & @Lelo_Sweden! I cannot wait to begin reviewing! #Gigi2 #Thankful

Which kind of makes this harder for me. For the tl;dr crowd: the Gigi 2 is a great toy. I enjoyed using it, and the orgasms we shared were lovely. But is it worth the nearly $120 price tag? I’m not sure about that. It’s important to keep in mind that all bodies are different.
My Experience
The LELO Gigi 2 is meant to be a g-spotting toy. It’s not that I ignored that, but I’m all about making a toy work for me however I want. I spent plenty of time using it clitorally as well as vaginally. I had several orgasms with Gigi pressed against my clit. Those climaxes were quite different (as compared to other vibrators) because the flat, wide head doesn’t allow for very pinpointed stimulation. I found it easy to maneuver back and forth from clit to g-spot and quickly found myself creating my own rhythm in addition to whatever setting of vibration I was using.
I have not yet mastered (or even seriously pursued) ejaculation, but I think it could be possible with the Gigi 2 for people who are already inclined to squirting; still, it’s not something I’m chasing right now. All that being said, it feels really good internally. It hooks beyond my g-spot just right and glides over it pretty effortlessly. It’s a very firm toy with absolutely no give in the structure at all which sometimes translates to being almost painful when my PC muscles clench around it as I orgasm.
The control panel is a little challenging to navigate because the buttons are small and close together. I don’t have the smallest (or the hugest) hands, but even so, when things get all slippery and lubed up, it’s just that much harder. It’s not very girthy or long. Gigi 2 is pretty small. I would have preferred it to be a couple inches longer. I’m no size queen, but even just making it longer in the handle would have been helpful.
Specs
The packaging the Gigi 2 comes in is sleek and elegant. And while I’m okay with the usual sex toy colors (pink and purple) targeted to the female-bodied audience, it was so refreshing to see the cool gray. The matte silicone is delicious. It comes with a charger, a little packet of lube (that I’m not even ashamed to say, I disregarded), a brief manual with many languages, and an authenticity and registration card.
The LELO Gigi 2 is about 6.5 inches long, with about 4.5 inches insertable, and a diameter of 1.25 inches at the widest. It’s made of medical grade silicone and ABS plastic (on the handle). Gigi 2 is rechargeable and waterproof (but the plug opening on the bottom does make me nervous around water, so I say be careful). I just used mild soap and warm water to clean it; antibacterial toy cleaner is also a good idea. My findings vary on how long the charge lasts. I haven’t had a problem with the battery cutting out on me. I’ve used it multiple times on a single charge (days apart) for about 15 minutes each time, and the strength hasn’t diminished at all. Also Gigi locks for travel (which is important to some people).
There are 8 vibration settings. The first one is the steady one (my favorite) and then there are 7 others of varying patterns. The final one is my second favorite. Wouldn’t it be great, convenient, make sense if they cycled through seamlessly? Guess what, though? They don’t. If I’m on number 8 I have to cycle backwards (7, 6, 5…) to get back to 1. That is annoying. I also feel like the vibrations could stand to be a bit stronger. They aren’t weak by any means, but I do wish there was more of a range on the high end.
Long story short: I don’t know if the LELO Gigi 2 is worth the price tag, but I do think it’s a great toy, good for g-spotting, and pretty ergonomic. (Remember that all bodies are different. Your mileage may vary.)
Huge thanks to Good Vibrations for sending me the LELO Gigi 2 to try! It was fun testing it out!
