RO-Jira is a matte silicone (not too much of a lint magnet), so I would say stick with a water based or hybrid lube. Cleaning should be pretty easy. I just washed it off with warm water and soap. You can also use toy cleaner if you have it. Do not boil it (obviously); you'll fry the motor. Also...
