Tonight’s practice was a little last minute, but I like the way it worked out. It wasn’t erotic at all, though I did stretch and dance while seated, breathe, and do kegels.
I set my playlist and wrote out a bunch of intentions for the year and for my upcoming 30th. Some, I’ve been implementing the past week, and some I have to work hard at because they don’t come so naturally to me. All of them are kind of “duh” ideas, but I need reminding.
I think I’ll keep adding to this list of sorts whenever I think of something that needs a nudge in the right direction.
