The Pre-Birthday #OrgasmicYoga Challenge: Day 5

I skipped day 4 because I was feeling dizzy and didn’t want to push myself. I borderline wanted to skip tonight’s because I had a weird headache/fog thing, but I made this commitment to myself to show up as best as I could and wanted to honor that. 

Also, I remembered that orgasms can sometimes help get rid of headaches. 

My mind wandered a little bit. I started thinking of the group Orgasmic Yoga I’m facilitating on Sunday… About some emails I have to return… and had to bring myself back a few times.

One of my favorite things that I often forget about is the patterns on vibrators. I’m usually all about that steady setting, but every so often I remember. There are ones that sort of ramp up and I find are great for increasing stimulation gradually which leads to a more intense orgasm. So, that’s a reminder to myself to slow things down for a larger payoff in the end.
